You can delete your Bebauno account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app.

In the app

• Open Bebauno and sign in.
• Go to Settings (the gear icon).
• Tap Account, then Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profiles, all tracking data (feeding, sleep, diapers, growth, symptoms, milestones, appointments), chat history, memories, preferences and account details. This action cannot be undone.

Delete some data and keep your account

You can also remove data without closing your account:

• A diary entry (a feed, a nap, a diaper, a growth measurement and so on): open it and tap Delete. It is removed from the diary and the charts.
• Saved conversations: delete one from the chat history, or all of them with Settings → Delete saved chats.
• Anything else, for example one child’s profile and its diary: email privacy@bebauno.com from the address associated with your account and tell us what to delete. We’ll confirm by email when it’s done. Please do not include your password.

Whatever you delete this way is removed from our servers. Your account and the rest of your data stay as they are.

Can’t access the app?

If you can no longer sign in, email privacy@bebauno.com from the address associated with your account and we’ll process your deletion request. Please do not include your password.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Cancel it where you bought it: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
