How it works for a service
The policy is agreed once — doctors do not each decide alone.
One conversation with the service
Twenty minutes: whether there is a wall, whether commission is allowed, zero for all or not, whether the discharge sheet is measured, and whether messaging is covered for your parents.
Every doctor gets their own code
We invite the doctors to the portal — each with their own password and licence. A code is issued only after the licence check.

Waiting room, discharge sheet, counselling — you can see which wall works. The head of service sees totals, never anyone else’s messages or commission.
A poster for the waiting room
A4, with your name, code and QR. We make it; you print it.

You do not get a TV campaign, a Halo Beba quote or a “Ministry certificate”. We cannot give those.

The arithmetic, out loud: prices rose 20% in September 2026 and the discount comes off that list. 1.20 × 0.80 = 0.96 — a parent with a code pays about 4% less than before the increase.
Commission is on net — after the store’s cut (Apple takes 15 or 30 percent) and VAT. Bebauno does not move money: the ledger says what is owed, the transfer goes through a bank, and the first payout waits for a contract.
Parents in Serbia can pay in dinars, by bank transfer.

The Batut 2026 immunisation calendar is not an approved card yet. The assistant does not quote it — it refers to the chosen paediatrician.
It answers only about pregnancy, postpartum and babies up to 18 months. Free: five questions a day.
Messaging with parents
A channel that is not your personal number — and says at the top that it is not for emergencies.

Only parents who came by your code, your invitation or a request you accepted can write to you.
Not an emergency line
A notice at the top of every thread: replies are not guaranteed; emergencies do not go here.
No prescriptions
Nothing is prescribed or dosed through Bebauno.
A record that stays
Messages are kept while the thread exists and 24 months after. They are never used to train a model.
Messaging is in Premium and Pediatric Access — or free for any parent you switch it on for.
Video calls are not part of the app yet.
The code and its page
A parent finds you by your code, your invitation, or a request you accept. There is no directory.

- BEB, a dash and six characters without I, L, O or U — so they survive being read out loud.
- The app remembers the code before sign-up: a parent who installs three days later is still yours.
- First code stays first. A newer poster cannot “take over” your parent.
- The code page says who invited the parent, that the code is 20% off, and that the doctor may receive a commission.

Questions institutions ask
Is this a conflict of interest for our doctors?
It can be — that is why commission can be zero, for the whole service, in one decision. The code, the parent’s discount, the poster and messaging work the same, and doctors receive nothing.
Do we have to import anything into our system?
No. Bebauno is not your information system and imports no charts. The parent carries their own notes; a doctor sees the 14-day summary only if the parent shares it with them.
What does it cost the institution?
Nothing. The parent chooses a plan in the app, and pays 20% less with your doctor’s code.
What if one doctor wants it and the service does not?
They can join alone — with zero commission, or with commission if the institution’s rules allow it. A service policy is the easier path, not a condition.
Who sees a baby’s data?
The parent. The assistant only if the parent switches it on. You only the 14-day summary, and only if the parent shares it with you. No one else.
What if a parent writes in an emergency?
The assistant sends them to 194 first. Messaging with you carries a notice that it is not for emergencies.
Are you connected to Batut or the Ministry?
No. We ask for rights to named public documents, but that is neither a partnership nor an endorsement.
How do I stop the letters?
Odjava is at the bottom of every letter — one tap. We honour it the same day.
