Delete your account

You can delete your Bebauno account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app.

In the app

• Open Bebauno and sign in.
• Go to Settings (the gear icon).
• Tap Account, then Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profiles, all tracking data (feeding, sleep, diapers, growth, symptoms, milestones, appointments), chat history, memories, preferences and account details. This action cannot be undone.

Can’t access the app?

If you can no longer sign in, email privacy@bebauno.app from the address associated with your account and we’ll process your deletion request. Please do not include your password.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel it in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
