These Terms govern your use of the Bebauno app and services, provided by Bebauno (Paxa Media) (“we”, “us”). By using Bebauno you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be an adult (or have legal capacity in your country) to create an account. You’re responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information.

2. Not medical advice

Bebauno is an informational and wellness tool, not a medical service. Content, tracking and AI chat are general information only and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and do not replace your doctor, midwife or emergency services. Always consult a qualified professional for medical decisions, and seek emergency care for any urgent symptom.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid tiers (Pro, Premium, Pediatric Access) are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store, charged to your store account.

• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage / cancel: in your App Store account settings. Use Restore Purchases in Settings to recover an active subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies.
• Prices and features may change with notice; changes don’t affect the current paid period.

4. Baby Mode & children

Baby Mode is intended to be used by a parent or guardian with their child, behind a parental gate. It plays curated audio and, in its current form, collects no data from the child. See the Privacy Policy. Never leave a child unattended with any device.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful, harmful or abusive use; no attempts to break security, scrape or reverse-engineer; and no uploading content you don’t have rights to. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Your content & privacy

You retain rights to the data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Your chats are used to improve our AI only if you opt in.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

8. Termination

You may stop using Bebauno and delete your account anytime (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operating entity’s jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

10. Changes & contact
